"…mir ist heute wieder aufgefallen wie viel mir die Zeit mit dir geholfen hat und auch jetzt noch weiter inspiriert und weiterhilft wenn ich Situationen als schwer empfinde oder unangenehme Gefühle aufkommen. 

Ich habe  viele Sachen aufgeschrieben die ich bei dir gelernt habe…

 …ich habe bemerkt wie oft ich "muss" und "sollen" verwendet habe. Und jetzt passiert es nur noch sehr selten dass ich diese 2 Worte benutze und wenn dann denk ich mir (wenn ich es bemerke) »Wow, OK.. wieso MUSS ich das denn jetzt? WILL ich es? KANN ich es machen?« …

Alles war so wichtig für mich und ich hatte es wirklich gebraucht , all diese Fragen und neuen Perspektiven haben so gut getan. …

Ich kann auch die Probleme der anderen jetzt viel besser bei der Person selbst lassen auch wenn sich die momentane Wut dann gegen mich richtet. Ich weiß, dass es nichts mit mir zu tun hat sondern nur eine Projektion ist , so wie ich auch meine Innere Problemwelt auf die Situation außen projiziere. Das hat mir in den letzten 3 Wochen sehr geholfen , ich habe zwar bemerkt dass ich noch Übung brauche, aber genau darum war es schön, dass ich es einfach bemerkt habe und schon Mal angefangen habe .

Ich hätte das hier nie ohne deine Hilfe geschafft. Jeden Tag wende ich die Sachen an die du mir beigebracht hast an manchen mehr an manchen weniger aber ich versuche immer weiter zu machen. 

… es gab so viele Momente in denen ich meine Gefühle einfach da sein lassen konnte, vor 1 Jahr wäre ich überwältigt gewesen von all den Gefühlen. Ich möchte immer noch so viel lernen und ich brauche noch Übung und weiß dass das nur der Anfang ist. 
Ich wollte dir darum danke sagen, weil dich kennenzulernen echt mein leben verändert hat und immer noch verändert, ich habe so viel gelernt und habe jetzt so viele neue Möglichkeiten entdeckt um weiter meinen weg zu gehen.  Dafür bin ich dir sehr sehr dankbar, irgendwie ist es mir speziell in den letzten Tagen aufgefallen und ich wollte dass du es weißt.
